Important: Due to the nature of our products (bulk minerals and industrial materials), all orders are custom-processed. Please review specifications carefully before placing an order.
1. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that all products supplied by Leeway Space will:
- Meet the specifications mentioned in the quotation and invoice
- Be free from manufacturing defects
- Comply with industry quality standards
- Be accompanied by quality certificates upon request
2. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
Returns and refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
2.1 Quality Issues
- Product does not meet the agreed specifications
- Product is contaminated or adulterated
- Significant deviation from sample quality (if sample was approved)
2.2 Delivery Issues
- Wrong product delivered
- Quantity significantly different from the order
- Damage during transit (subject to inspection)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Minor natural variations in color, texture, or composition (within industry standards)
- Products already processed, used, or altered by the buyer
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling by the buyer
- Claims made after the inspection period (7 days from delivery)
- Custom orders made to buyer's specific requirements
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or refund request:
- Inspection: Inspect goods within 7 days of delivery
- Notification: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order/Invoice number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photographs/videos as evidence
- Third-party test report (if applicable)
- Review: Our quality team will review your claim within 5 business days
- Resolution: We will propose a resolution (replacement, refund, or credit)
5. Refund Options
Upon approval of a valid claim, we offer the following resolution options:
5.1 Replacement
We may offer to replace the defective product with a conforming product at no additional cost.
5.2 Partial Refund
A partial refund may be offered based on the extent of the quality deviation or shortage.
5.3 Full Refund
A full refund may be provided if the product is completely unusable or if replacement is not feasible.
5.4 Credit Note
A credit note for future orders may be issued as an alternative to monetary refund.
6. Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days after claim approval
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- Bank processing time may add 5-7 additional days
7. Return Shipping
- For approved quality claims, we will bear the return shipping costs
- For non-quality related returns (where accepted), the buyer bears shipping costs
- Products must be returned in original packaging where possible
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:
- Both parties will attempt to resolve the matter amicably
- Independent third-party testing may be arranged (costs shared equally)
- If unresolved, matters will be referred to arbitration as per Indian law
9. Cancellation Policy
Before Production
- Orders can be cancelled with full refund before production begins
- Cancellation must be requested in writing
After Production Begins
- Cancellation may not be possible for custom orders
- Partial charges may apply for work already completed
