1. Shipping Locations

We ship our premium quartz and quartzite mineral products to:

  • Domestic: All states and union territories within India
  • International: Major countries worldwide (subject to export regulations)

Note: Some remote locations may have limited shipping options or additional transit time. Please contact us for specific delivery information to your location.

2. Shipping Methods

We use various shipping methods based on order size, destination, and urgency:

Bulk Orders (Containerized)

  • 20ft and 40ft container shipments
  • Full Container Load (FCL) for large orders
  • Less than Container Load (LCL) for smaller quantities

Road Transport

  • Truck load (10-30 MT) for domestic deliveries
  • Part truck load for smaller quantities

Rail Freight

  • Available for bulk domestic shipments
  • Cost-effective for long-distance transport

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on several factors:

  • Order quantity and weight
  • Delivery destination
  • Shipping method selected
  • Packaging requirements
  • Insurance requirements

Shipping charges will be calculated and included in your quotation. For bulk orders, we offer competitive freight rates through our logistics partners.

5. Packaging

Our products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

  • Powder/Fine Products: HDPE/PP bags with liner (25kg, 50kg options)
  • Lumps/Grits: Jumbo bags (1 MT) or PP bags
  • Tiles/Slabs: Wooden crates with foam protection
  • Samples: Sturdy carton boxes with cushioning

Custom packaging is available upon request (additional charges may apply).

6. Order Processing

  1. Order Confirmation: Within 24-48 hours of receiving payment
  2. Production/Preparation: 3-7 business days (depending on quantity)
  3. Quality Check: Final inspection before dispatch
  4. Dispatch: Shipment arranged with tracking details provided

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide:

  • Shipment confirmation with tracking number
  • Transporter/carrier contact details
  • Expected delivery date
  • Copy of dispatch documents (e-way bill, invoice, etc.)

8. Delivery Terms

Domestic Shipments

  • Ex-Works: Buyer arranges pickup from our facility
  • FOR Destination: Delivered to buyer's location (freight included)
  • CIF: Cost, Insurance, and Freight included

International Shipments

  • FOB (Free on Board): Delivered to port of loading
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): Delivered to destination port
  • CFR (Cost and Freight): Freight included, insurance excluded

9. Insurance

We recommend insurance for all shipments. Options include:

  • Transit insurance through our logistics partners
  • Buyer-arranged insurance
  • CIF terms (insurance included in pricing)

10. Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery:

  • Inspect packaging for any visible damage
  • Check quantity against delivery challan
  • Note any discrepancies on the delivery receipt
  • Report issues within 24 hours of delivery
  • Retain all packaging until inspection is complete

11. Delays and Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Transportation strikes or disruptions
  • Customs clearance delays (international)
  • Remote location accessibility
  • Force majeure events
